Shun Au has coached patients and worked with the clinic’s doctors to help thousands of women conceive naturally for over 20 years. He holds degrees from the University of London and University of Cambridge.
From 2001 to 2010, he served as a non-executive director of two NHS trusts in London. In 2023, he was appointed Visiting Professor at Henan Children's Hospital, affiliated with Zhengzhou University in China, and Honorary Researcher at the Zhuhai Centre for Maternity and Child Health, South China University of Technology.
He has published in peer-reviewed journals across Gynaecology, Psychology, Psychiatry, Integrative medicine, Chinese medicine and Linguistics.

He was appointed an OBE in the Queen’s 80th Birthday Honours List in 2006, with the honour presented by the then Prince of Wales, now King Charles III.

Stephanie Lui has a background in quality assurance, and held a senior managerial role in further education for over 10 years. She was integral to maintaining high standards in health education and applied forensic science courses.
She has made invaluable contributions in ensuring the systems and procedures we employ at TCM Healthcare are of the highest quality.
As Clinic Manager, Stephanie is responsible for delivering high-quality care within the clinic, taking medical histories for new clients, arranging clinical tests when necessary, and scheduling pre-consultation discussions.
She is passionate about individualised care and ensuring that each client receives treatment tailored to their specific circumstances.
Prof. Y. Li is Honorary Professor at the prestigious Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing, a postgraduate training centre for traditional Chinese medicine recognised by the World Health Organisation, and former workplace of Nobel laureate Tu Youyou.
With a longstanding interest in gynaecology and fertility, Prof. Li has been a clinician at TCM Healthcare since its inception.
Dr. H. Yang qualified as a traditional Chinese medical doctor after studying at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a leading medical institute in China.
Dr. Yang has been practising traditional Chinese medicine in NHS hospitals for over ten years and has a special interest in gynaecology and psychological well-being.
Prof Au has also given talks worldwide.
